Marissa Y. Garcia, DDS, PA

Dr. Garcia received her B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1996, she earned her doctorate from the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. She returned to BCD when she was offered the position of part-time Assistant Clinical Professor in 1999. For two and a half years she enjoyed instructing and interacting with the senior dental students. Dr. Garcia is highly committed to continuing education and attends numerous courses throughout the year. Her goal is to obtain a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. Already, she has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education with concentration on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Garcia is a certified Lumineer dentist. She has restored a multitude of dental implant systems and loves treating pediatric patients. Membership in dental organizations include: American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Irving Dental Study Club, and Dallas County Dental Society, where she has served as a Session Host for The Southwest Dental Conference. In addition, she has served as a Mentor for the high school students of Irving ISD.

Dr. Garcia enjoys traveling, visiting family and friends across the U.S., and spoiling her American Bulldog.

Timothy J. DePalma, DDS

Dr. Tim DePalma earned his B.A in biology from the University of North Texas at Denton. After a seven year career in pediatric cardiac sonography, he earned his doctorate from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2008, graduating with honors. He has been taking care of Ultra Smiles patients since 2009. Dr. DePalma is dedicated to furthering his knowledge in dentistry by attending numerous continuing education courses throughout the year and is working to obtain his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He has completed numerous hours of education focusing on oral surgery, bone grafting, endodontics, laser dentistry, as well as cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He finds it essential to foster a personal relationship with his patients and loves working with children. Memberships include: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society. In his spare time, Dr. DePalma enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Kelly, Appointment Coordinator

Kelly joined Dr. Marissa Garcia in July 2007 and has been dedicated to excellent patient care. She is a great asset to Dr. Garcia’s office. Kelly started in dentistry in 1990 and has been working in family and cosmetic dentistry for 18 years, including 3 years of pediatric dentistry. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor brings fun and excitement to our team. Kelly is a mom of a beautiful 5 year old and loves spending time with her. She looks forward to scheduling with you very soon!

Linda, Registered Dental Hygienist

After graduating from dental hygiene school with honors, Linda joined our team in spring 2006. She is known for providing thorough, gentle cleanings and achieving patient satisfaction. Our patients love her attention to detail and her bright personality. Patients appreciate Linda's understanding nature and her ability to communicate with empathy.

Jennifer, Registered Dental Assistant

Jennifer has been a registered dental assistant in Texas for 5 years. She enjoys working with patients to improve their smiles and maintain their optimal oral health. As a vital member of our team, Jennifer creates an inviting atmosphere in the office, and she always offers personalized attention to each patient. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband.

Belinda, Treatment Coordinator

Belinda joined our team in 2010. She has been in the dental field since 1984. She can help you with any questions you have regarding your appointment, treatment, account, or insurance. Belinda enjoys playing games and spending time with her family. She has two sons, Adam and Ethan.

Hollie, Registered Dental Assistant

Hollie graduated from the well-known and prominent Dental Replacements Training Academy in 2010, and then promptly joined the Ultra Smiles family. She is an essential component to the office and spreads positive energy whenever she is present. Hollie strives to ensure that each patient has an enjoyable experience and leaves our office with a smile. As a born and raised Texas girl, Hollie enjoys country dancing and spending time with her family, especially her adorable 2-year-old nephew, Will.

Lezlie, Registered Dental Hygienist

Lezlie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. She thoroughly enjoys providing quality care for her patients. She and her husband have a son and daughter in college. Lezlie recently became a grandma and loves spoiling her new grandson.
